Sanaa Kimathi-Walker

Undergraduate Student
2023-2023

Sanaa is from Brooklyn, New York, and is currently a rising sophomore at Howard University studying Health Sciences. Her interest is exploring the connections between racism and its neuropsychological effects on the body. She found an interest in this topic when partaking in a Howard course called Neuropsychology. Even though she’s only had one year in college she has a strong passion and dedication to science and gaining experience in the medical field. That is why she is especially excited to work in the Marlin lab alongside Dr. Marlin in order to gain as much knowledge as possible. In her free time, she loves to crochet, play with her dog Brooklyn (and play with any dog that will let her), and spend time with her loved ones.
